70% Dark Chocolate

Farm to Fudge Maui uses 70% dark chocolate that is locally sourced from our friends at Manoa Chocolate on Oahu.

Dark chocolate is a natural source of antioxidants, minerals, and polyphenols that may support heart health and enhance mood and cognitive function.

Hawaiian Sea Salts

We us locally and sustainably sourced Hawaiian sea salts from our friends at Sea Salts of Hawai'i.

Kona Sea Salt
The Kona sea salt in our Mint fudge is Hand-harvested from mineral-rich deep sea waters of Kona and solar evaporated for exceptional purity and taste. 33% lower in sodium than table salt.

Uahi sea salt
The Uahi sea salt in our Original fudge flavor is a blend with activated charcoal, a natural source of trace minerals essential for overall body function and is associated with detoxifying properties.

Moloka‘i Kiawe Smoked Sea Salt
Smoked with Moloka‘i-grown Kiawe wood — Hawai‘i’s sweeter cousin of mesquite — this bold, smoky salt adds depth to our Java fudge.

Alaea Red Hawaiian Sea Salt
Blended with mineral-rich volcanic red clay, Alaea salt’s vibrant color and mellow, earthy flavor have made it a Hawaiian staple for centuries and enhances the flavor of our Sunset fudge.

Essential Oils

Essential oils are concentrated plant compounds via steam distillation or cold-pressed extraction, that may provide therapeutic benefit and support.

We use essential oils that are third-party tested for purity and potency, food and therapeutic grade using a Seed to Seal ® quality standard. Used in our Mint and Sunset fudge flavors.

For a creamy silky texture

Organic Coconut

Our sweetened condensed coconut milk is made with organic coconuts sourced from Sri Lanka and Thailand and organic sugar sourced from Israel.

The ultimate crunch element

Maui Macadamia Nuts

Our macadamia nuts come from Waihe'e Valley Plantation right here on Maui. They are an off-grid farm using regenerative farming practices to bring you the most nutrient dense macadamia nuts on island.

Macadamia nuts are a rich source of MCTs which are supportive of heart and brain health, used as immediate energy, easier to digest than other dietary fats, and can reduce inflammation and improve cognitive function. Contains antioxidants and important micronutrients such as copper, iron, and manganese. All our flavors have macadamia nuts except for our Original Recipe fudge.
