At Farm to Fudge, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our handcrafted fudge. All fudge purchases are considered final sale due to the perishable nature of our products. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and under special circumstances, we will consider a replacement or refund.
When Refunds or Replacements Apply

If your order arrives damaged, melted, defective, or spoiled, or if a package has been opened accidentally, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

If we ship the wrong item or flavor, we will resend the correct product at no additional cost.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method once the issue has been verified.
When Refunds Donβt Apply

All other purchases are final sale. Refunds cannot be issued for personal taste preferences or for products not stored properly after delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error is on our side.
