Farm to Fudge® Maui is a Maui-based maker of premium dark chocolate coconut fudge — vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, seed-oil-free and clean label. Founder Janice Leilani LaFontaine, NTP, RHP, is a Functional Nutritionist who put her autoimmune disease into remission, in large part through real food nutrition — and never believed clean eating meant having to give up incredible flavor. Every small batch is built on 70% dark chocolate from Manoa Chocolate, macadamia nuts from Waiheʻe Valley Plantation, and finishing salts from Sea Salts of Hawaiʻi. Six flavors. Nothing artificial. Nothing to hide.

The Founder
Meet the founder
Janice Leilani LaFontaine faced an autoimmune diagnosis head-on and rebuilt her health, in large part through real food nutrition — removing what was inflaming her body and learning an entirely new way of cooking and eating. The fudge came out of that kitchen. Dark chocolate, coconut milk and Hawaiian sea salt, made the way she was already feeding herself, and good enough that it stopped being only hers. She is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) credentialed by the Nutritional Therapy Association and a Restorative Health Practitioner (RHP) credentialed by the Institute of Restorative Health. She runs her functional nutrition practice and Farm to Fudge® Maui from Maui, where she lives with her family.

Every piece of Farm to Fudge® Maui carries a taste of Hawaiʻi out into the world, and that starts with the three island partners behind our chocolate, macadamia nuts, and finishing salts. Manoa Chocolate. A specialty bean-to-bar maker on Oʻahu. Our 70% dark chocolate is their world blend: cacao sourced directly from farmers, with fair wages and quality verified at origin. Waiheʻe Valley Plantation. Maui's largest commercial macadamia farm. It is completely off-grid, regeneratively farmed, and runs on its own self-sustaining water system. Sea Salts of Hawaiʻi. Harvested on their own salt farms from mineral-rich Pacific water: Uahi Black, Alaea Red, Pure Kona, and Molokaʻi Kiawe Smoked. From their land. To our fudge. To you.
