Shipping Policy –  USA (West Region ONLY)

Thank you for shopping with Farm to Fudge Maui! We currently offer shipping exclusively to the USA. Please review our shipping terms and conditions below.

Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to all islands within the State of Hawaii and the USA through USPS.At this time, we do not ship to any international destinations.

Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, demand, remote locations, or carrier delays. These are rough estimates we thank you for your patience. 

In Person Pick Up 

We offer in-person pickup every Tuesday at the Wailea Village Farmers Market ( 100 Wailea Ike Dr #4, Wailea, HI 96753, United States) from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please leave a note with your preferred pickup date or contact us at support@farmtofudge.com for more details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping 

Free shipping on orders over $60.00 USD  before taxes in the USA. 

PO BOXES & Shipping Restrictions

We accept PO Boxes; however, please include a physical address as well. Some restrictions may apply for remote locations where delivery may not be available. 

Currently we cannot deliver to some APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will notify you in our e-mail. 

Oversized or hazardous items may not be eligible for shipping to certain islands.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@farmtofudge.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please add photos and videos of the damaged parcel. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
